Kept on tape
The films explore memory, create archives, work with music and depict acts of solidarity. Some revolve around the relationship between a hopeful vision of the future and the prospect of dystopian collapse. They focus on simultaneity without solving its complexities. The protagonists discover commonalities and try to find ways to work together. This takes them to a variety of settings: factory floor, prison, beach, apartments, seminar rooms, club and rehearsal room, television studios, computers, landscapes and ultimately to the break-off edge.
