Lisa Domin studied fine art, specialising in film and photography, in Braunschweig and Budapest under Dörte Eissfeldt, Hannes Böhringer, Viola Vahrson and Guy Ben-Ner. Her works have won many awards and appeared at events and institutions including the Videonale, the Marl Media Art Awards, GfZK (Leipzig Museum of Contemporary Art), Deutschlandfunk (German national radio broadcaster), the Rencontres Internationales Paris event for new cinema and contemporary art, and the Fotomuseum Winterthur platform. Lisa’s work encompasses video, photography, performance elements and language, different forms of the instrumentalisation and fictionality of biographical stories and public historiography. Alongside her artistic projects, she also works in film education and is a cinematographer and sound engineer. Helge Schwache

Helge Schwache studied film and television, theatre and literature at the Ruhr University in Bochum. For many years he worked as a freelance journalist, in media marketing, particularly for the music industry, and in the Communication and Media Department at Folkwang University of the Arts. He spent ten years at Internationales Frauen* Film Fest Dortmund+Köln as office manager and in charge of film scheduling. Together with Natascha Frankenberg, he curated the »begehrt! – filmlust queer« section. Today he is part of the communications team at the NRW Centre for Talent Promotion.

Radio, TV and online journalist for ARD and ZDF for over 15 years. Expert for format design, digital transformation and the development and reorganisation of editorial teams. Organisational development and change management coach (focusing on New Work); advises institutions in the cultural and political sectors and runs media training courses. Isabelle started at femme totale Dortmund in 1999 as a student, and since then has done almost every job going at the festival. She has been on the IFFF Dortmund+Köln board since 2018.
