In our popular regional section Spot on, NRW!, we take a look behind the scenes of the film industry and introduce some figures who rarely share the spotlight: the producers who advocate for and support directors.

This year, in collaboration with the Sheroes programme of the Mediengründerzentrum NRW, we have the pleasure of presenting a wonderful event starring inspiring role models from different areas of production: multi-award-winning film producer Melanie Andernach (Made in Germany) and content creator Pocket Hazel.
