There it is! After record-breakingly long preview sessions and intensive debates about what and how we want to present the rich selection, it is now finalised: the programme of the 41st International Women’s Film Fest Dortmund+Cologne! From 16-21 April 2024, we will present 95 films from 40 countries over 6 days and look forward to many great guests who will discuss their films with the audience. Our competitions, the sections desired! – film lust and queer, Panorama, Spot on, NRW!, the programme for children and young people and many specials present a multi-faceted film selection. The thematic Focus: Rage & Horror traces images and stories of female rage and feminist horror throughout film history – from 1899 to the present day.
