»Depressed? It might be political« International Film and Video-Art Programme

Feeling Bad in Feminist Queer Video and Film Art
The film programme »Depressed? It might be political« presents well-known artists, who are political and artistic partners and friends in a »feminist-queer bonding of fellow travelers«. Their film and video works are usually shown in the visual arts world. They formulate a critique of the neoliberal social relations, combined with the at times activist and performative aesthetics of pop culture, full of sarcasm and irony, and exciting references to the queer politics of the past decades.
