Short film programme from 14 years

The 14+ programme features films that read norms on the body – and challenge them, too. In Hairy Legs, leg hair becomes the starting point for an autobiographical journey through shame, the experience of being watched and self-determination. The Mixed Curl Quarrel traces identity through Afro hair. SKRFF peels back layers of paint from a Viennese graffiti wall in stop-motion, revealing the past beneath. Obey, obey presents Japanese school rules for hair, nails and personal grooming as a tutorial – and lets their absurdity speak for itself.
