How is abortion visualised? What images are used in articles about abortion? The director explores these motifs and finds them in stock photographs. Which feelings are already explicitly being treated here as visual politics? What are they referring to and what do these references create? Franzis Kabisch takes a look at all of this in a documentary desktop film that brings the discourse to the surface and contributes to the public discussion of reproductive justice.
