Kate Blamire
A life divided between hospital waiting rooms and the merely virtual presence at the Dyke March: The disability caused by a chronic illness leads to individual lockdowns and an associated invisibility. The film consists of observations of insects, reflections on a health system that splits the body into individual parts, the desire to tell the story of one’s own illness, and the power of slowness.
