An anarchic mini-film consisting of a wildly assembled chain of associations, in which everything glibbers and glistens. We are served sardines, snippets from advertisements, re-filmed extracts from TV shows, gemstones, Jesus kitsch and breasts, and breasts, again and again.
Ashley Hans Scheirl
Ashley Hans Scheirl, born in Salzburg in 1956, studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna from 1975-80. In the mid-1990s, she adopted the transgender identity “Hans”. Scheirl works in the fields of painting, conceptual, mixed media, performance, body art and video art.
Ursula Pürrer
Ursula Pürrer, born in Vienna in 1962, studied at the University of Vienna, the University of Music and Performing Arts and the University of Applied Arts. 1989 Austrian Award for Video Art. Pürrer is a founding member of the Punkettes.
