When Madame Plumette gets her period, her husband says goodbye and goes fishing. All this makes her very, very angry. At first she targets anyone who is inferior to her. But after that there is no stopping her: she tramples the man who harasses her in the street right into the gutter. Her maid also gets a good dressing down, but winks jauntily at the viewer and teams up with a policeman. Together, they overpower Madame and give her a cold shower.

With Ellen Lowe
Very little is known about the life of Ellen Lowe. She was probably born in North America at the end of the 19th century. In France, she performed in the Vaudeville Theatre as an actress and singer. In silent films produced by Pathé Nice she played the role of »Caroline«, therefore had her own series and also appeared in other comedies.
