A lonely, homeless weasel struggles to sell her ties and feels increasingly lost in life. But everything changes when she meets a hedgehog and a capybara in the forest. This richly crafted, imaginative and atmospheric stop-motion film explores dreams, the unifying power of music and the unexpected feeling of finding a home in the warmth of others.

Sophie Roze
Sophie Roze, geboren 1979, studierte Geschichte, Geografie und Kunstgeschichte in Toulouse, bevor sie 2003 zur Animation wechselte und an der École La Poudrière in Valence lernte. In ihren Werken wie Im Schneckenhaus (Les escargots de Joseph) (2009) und Neige (2015, Co-Regie mit Antoine Lanciaux) nutzt sie ihre bevorzugten Stop-Motion-Techniken, Puppentrick und Papieranimation. Roze arbeitet regelmäßig mit Studios wie Folimage und JPL Films und illustriert seit 2010 auch Kinderbücher.
