Dace Rīdūze
A baby bat suddenly becomes active in the daytime. So much to see and experience on a spring day like this! When it gets injured, a family of mice nurse it back to health. Together, the two very different creatures explore the diversity of the world and learn a lot from each other. Sometimes the special thing about connections lies in recognising and experiencing differences. A short film that invites you to change your perspective.
Dace Rīdūze
Dace Rīdūze (1973, Lettland) besuchte von 1988 bis 1992 eine Schule für angewandte Kunst und nahm anschließend ein Lehramtstudium in den Bereichen Schultheater und bildende Kunst an der Pädagogischen Hochschule in Riga auf. Ihren Master erwarb sie 2011 am Institut für Pädagogik und Psychologie der Universität Lettland. Bereits seit 1997 arbeitete sie als Animatorin beim Filmstudio Animācijas Brigāde, seit 2000 führt sie auch selbst Regie.
