Who is he trying to save from the »anus of death«? Eleni Gioti’s film is a poetic assault on the current spread of fascistoid ideas in Greece.
Eleni Gioti
Born 1982 in Thessaloniki, Gioti studied media theory in Athens before moving to Paris to study film. She is currently working as a screenwriter and assistant director on several experimental and documentary films. The Aegean or the Anus of Death is her directorial debut.
