Cathrine Marchen Asmussen
Cathrine Marchen Asmussen is a self-taught film-maker who often takes on the role of camerawoman for her film projects. Her first documentary, Ghetto Princess, won the Grand Prix at the Odense International Film Festival in 2000. Catherine’s stories are densely and poetically narrated. Her main characters are often (slightly) stigmatised. The My Faith documentary series, which includes Natural Science, is Catherine’s seventh documentary project.
