This picture-book-style animated film is a love letter to the country’s vibrant wildlife and the landscapes they inhabit. Accompanied by a playful musical score, the film offers an insightful, detailed portrait of 50 native bird species, showcasing their diversity in appearance, behaviour and nest-building habits.

Izabella Anguiano-Jacobs
Izabella Anguiano-Jacobs is a Mexican-American animator, illustrator and director who studied character animation at the California Institute of the Arts. Her work brings together expressive character design, atmospheric visual worlds and a subtle feel for colour. Alongside her own short films, she works as an animator, background artist and art director on independent and commercial animation projects.
