Two secretaries from Berlin go to a Finnish sauna after work. The film explains the exact sequence: from the length of the sauna session to the correct form of cooling-down and massage. The al-fresco gym exercises afterwards are reminiscent of Leni Riefenstahl’s athletic body scenes.
Clarissa Patrix
Clarissa Patrix (oder Clarissa Patrix-Dreyer), 1908 in Berlin geboren, ist Dokumentarfilm-Regisseurin und Drehbuchautorin. Patrix war seit Mitte der 1930er Jahre als Assistentin, später als Regisseurin für die Herbert Dreyer Produktion tätig. Für die Zeit vor 1945 werden ihr mindestens fünf Filme zugeschrieben. In den 1950er Jahren drehte sie vier Filme.
