Alžbeta Mačáková Mišejková besuchte die Kunstschule von Václav Hollar, an der sie ein Studium für interaktive Animation abschloss. Darüber hinaus ist sie Absolventin des Studiengangs Animation an der Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts
(FAMU) in Prag. Derzeit befindet sich Mačáková Mišejková mit zwei Kindern in Elternzeit.
