Exorcize Me is a photography, videography and live performance project addressing coming-of-age anxiety, teenage alienation and the confusing phrase between childhood and adulthood. The title, Exorcize Me speaks about the unease within one’s own skin and the yearning to get rid of new-fangled fears and unfamiliar emotions.

Das Werk von Sookoon Ang kreist um das Unfassbare und seine Koexistenz mit der rationalen Welt. Sookoon Ang hat einen Abschluss in Bildhauerei von der School of Visual Arts, New York, und hat Residenzen an der niederländischen Rijksakademie und ISCP, New York u. a. absolviert. Ihre Film- und Videoarbeiten wurden auf großen internationalen Festivals gezeigt, etwa auf dem International Film Festival Rotterdam, den Internationalen Kurzfilmtagen Oberhausen und dem Fribourg International Film Festival.
