Khwala, Aysha and Rehab are plumbers. The film shows them going about their daily routines, carrying out the important task of cleaning water tanks and mending burst pipes. Jordan is one of the most arid countries in the world, so every drop of water counts. Their business is doing well because, as women, they’re allowed to enter homes even when no male member of the family is present. Khwala faces allegations of corruption, and for Aysha, who trained with her, friendship and loyalty becomes a painfully topical subject.
