In Wadjdas country Saudi Arabia, women are not allowed to drive cars and girls are not allowed to ride bicycles. A confident teen, Wadjda, however, does not think highly of such laws. Even her mother’s warning, that she might not be able to have children due to cycling, is not taken seriously. On the contrary, the smart girl already has an idea how to earn the money for her bicycle.
