Having initially started out as a photographer, Elisha Smith-Leverock has gone on to discover her passion for direction and cinematography. She tackles topics like diversity and gender stereotypes with a maturity and softness. Smith-Leverock is known for pieces such as Triple Beam Dream for the culinary collective Ghetto Gastro and her short documentary Miss Black Germany, which has gone on to win several awards and has been screened at prestigious festivals like BlackStar.
