Laure Prouvost
Born 1978, the artist has exhibited at museums and galleries all over the world, including the Neuer Berliner Kunstverein (n.b.k.), Tate Britain and the Frieze Art Fair 2011. In 2013, she won the Turner Prize for her video Wantee. Her work encompasses not only films but performances and installations, and she frequently examines relationships and differences between language and comprehension.
