Vlada Majic
A rural winter landscape and – beautifully photographed in slow motion – dynamic performances in the snow by various animals: a hunting dog, poultry and horses. The soundtrack offers popular music of a Nazi style such as the Hitler Youth propaganda song: »Forward! Forward! the bright fanfares blare.« Plus, a herd of cows and a drove of pigs in action to the »Prisoners’ Chorus« from Nabucco.
Vlada Majic
As a cinematographer, Vlada Majic has worked with directors such as Ulrich Schamoni and Rolf Olsen. In 1969, she founded her own company under the name of Vlada Majic Film Productions. Here she produced, amongst others, Von Vati (About Dad), for which Ulrich Schamoni directed while she took care of the camera work. In 1981, along with Rainer Teumer, she operated the camera work for Ein Kaktus ist kein Lutschbonbon (A Cactus Is Not a Lollypop).
