The statements of the owner and a commentary on Sergej Tretyakov’s »Biography of the Object« weave through a film that is also open to other media formats such as laptop collages, song lyrics and performances. In Free Fall takes a plane pile-up as a metaphor for the financial crash and thus creates widely ramified and absurd connections between the aerospace industry, the military, recycling, cinema, digitalisation and the DVD market.
