Dots is a part of Ann Oren’s video journals, a short square-format video series delivering a response to media culture, and Instagram in particular, and often starring animals.
Dots is about a startling ASMR breathing exercise, which has spawned a YouTube video genre and whose soothing sounds give its creators a sensation of euphoria – a kind of sound porn, you might say.
