Black Hole
Johanna Reich
Johanna Reich’s video piece Black Hole examines the increasing intrusion of media in our everyday life by presenting a method of how to disappear right in front of a running camera. A camera observes a snowy backyard landscape. A person dressed in black removes the snow until the surface beneath the snow becomes visible and the person before the camera vanishes.
