Jenifer Malmqvist
Jenifer Malmqvist, born in Southern Sweden, has had many different jobs and studied a variety of subjects at advanced levels. After directing amateur theatre, she began studying filmmaking in Sweden and Poland. She has written and directed several award-winning short films, among them Peace Talk and At the End of the Street. In 2009, she was awarded the scholarship in the memory of Swedish film director Bo Widerberg, and also graduated from The Polish National Film School in Łódź. Birthday is her graduation film.
