We are part of Dortmund Urban, the festival for urban culture, and are excited to present the special documentary film Believe in Miracles by Britta Wandaogo.

Filmed over a period of 15 years, this long-term observation is a very personal love and family story – told from the filmmaker’s point of view – about her drug-addicted brother Dirk. Both grew up in the Ruhr area. As in most of her works, in this documentary Britta Wandaogo radically turns private matters outwards.
