Gabrielle Le Bayons fiktionale und halbfiktionale Arbeiten kreisen um das Verhältnis zwischen weiblicher Repräsentation, Mythen und Geschichte und erforschen Zonen des Widerstands in unserem alltäglichen Umfeld. Le Bayon hat einen B. A. in Film am London College of Communication (2005) und einen M. A. in Fotografie am Royal College of Art (2012) abgeschlossen. Ihre Filme wurden u. a. am MOCA Hiroshima, beim Oberhausen Seminar der Internationalen Kurzfilmtage, bei Visions du Réel, Nyon, in der W139 Gallery, Amsterdam, am MAMBA, Buenos Aires und The Book Society, Seoul gezeigt. Sie lebt und arbeitet in Paris, Frankreich.
