An algorithmic police training software simulates a protest scenario and plays through operations such as crowd control strategies. The automation of patterns and pattern recognition anticipate potential operations in the future, they simulate government authority and security. What role do the citizens play here – the patriots and the protestors?

Stéphanie Lagarde hat die Ecole Nationale des Arts Décoratifs (2008) und die ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres (2004) in Paris abgeschlossen und ihr Studium mit einer Residenz am California College of Art, San Francisco, beendet, wo sie den LVMH Young Artists’ Award erhielt. Sie hat in zahlreichen Ausstellungen in Frankreich und international ausgestellt. 2015-2016 war sie Residenzkünstlerin an der niederländischen Jan van Eyck Academie und an der Darling Foundry in Montreal, Canada
