1 September: »Where Do We Go Now?« at World Views Cologne

After the summer break, we are starting the next round of our series World Views Cologne. Every 1st Sunday of the month at 12 pm (new date!) we show entertaining as well as thoughtful films from different countries to make the prism through which we see the world even more colourful.

People with and without an international history, women with refugee experience, their families and anyone interested in excellent, often rarely shown international films directed by women are warmly invited to the programme.

For our opening film, we have brought you Where Do We Go Now?, the irresistible comedy by Lebanese director Nadine Labaki, who already caused an international sensation with her first film Caramel.  With Where Do We Go Now? she achieved another international success. A humorous and timeless appeal against religious fanaticism, chauvinism and violence, with a surprising ending.
