The PANORAMA section of the IFFF Dortmund+Köln presents contemporary and groundbreaking documentary and experimental films. Films that forge connections where things are crumbling, that touch us where we are in danger of forgetting, and that give us courage where community seems distant.

Autofiction, which has been prevalent in documentary film for years, becomes relevant when the processing of one’s own biography through old and new film material does not remain stuck in self-absorption.
