As part of this initiative, we are offering exhibition-complementary film series. Visual art and cinema have a lot to say to each other, but there is little opportunity for such a special dialogue. We would like to change that!<\/p>\n<p>This year, you can look forward to three events accompanying the <em>MO<\/em>_Collection presentation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dortmunder-u.de\/en\/event\/body-soul\">\u00bbBody &amp; Soul. Thinking, Feeling, Brushing Your Teeth\u00ab<\/a> (on view through November 13, 2022) and two film programs curated by Betty Schiel to accompany the exhibition <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dortmunder-u.de\/en\/news\/flowers-museum-ostwall-exhibition-flowers-20th-and-21st-century-art-advance-booking-has-started\">\u00bbFLOWERS! Flowers in 20th and 21st Century Art\u00ab<\/a> (opening April 30, 2022).<\/p>\n<p>Our colleague at IFFF Dortmund+K\u00f6ln, Betty Schiel, is a freelance film curator, journalist and filmmaker. She organizes programs, workshops, lectures and conceptualizations, among others for <em>Die Ost-West-AG<\/em>, <em>Future Now Festival<\/em> and <em>Transnationales Ensemble Labsa<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>To kick off Art on the MOve 2022, we will screen Kaouther Ben Hania&#8217;s feature film <strong>The Man Who Sold His Skin<\/strong> (TN \/FR \/ BE \/ SE \/ DE 2020, 104 min., OmU), which has been the Tunisian participant in our International Feature Film Competition 2021.<br \/>\nApril 27 \u2022 5:30 p.m. \u2022 Meeting point: <em>Museum Ostwall<\/em>, level 5 in the <em>Dortmunder U<\/em> \u2022 Admission: 8,- \u20ac regular, 6,- reduced \u2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/frauenfilmfest.com\/en\/event\/der-mann-der-seine-haut-verkaufte-bei-art-on-the-move\/\">more info about the film<\/a><\/p>\n<p>All dates can be found here in the <a href=\"https:\/\/frauenfilmfest.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Florida_DortmunderU_ArtontheMOve_02_Klappkarte_WEB.pdf\">flyer<\/a> (in German only), which is also available in print at many locations in Dortmund.
