The honourable mention goes to a female artist whose visual language is anything but sober or removed, and whose film steers between hope and protest in terms of its content.\r\n\r\nThe festival is delighted to have gained the film technology distributors CineOne and sPOTTlight from Dortmund as prize sponsors for the competition for the first time.
